Kenya: Payments, Shipping & Returns
Standard delivery within Nairobi
You can get free shipping on all orders of KES 10,000 and above. Alternatively, standard delivery is KES500 within Nairobi.
Orders made before 2pm for delivery within Nairobi will be dispatched for same-day delivery. Deliveries after 2pm will be dispatched the following day (excluding public holidays and weekends).
We will notify you once your order is ready to be dispatched for delivery and goods will be delivered within 1-3 hours following notification.
If you're unable to receive your goods, please get in touch on +254759835515 and we can arrange an alternate delivery.
Please note: Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and KE public holidays. Deliveries may be affected by civil disruption or adverse weather events - we will advise if your order is affected. We strive to deliver orders within the specified time frames. However, please note that these time frames are estimates.
Custom products and textiles will take longer and delivery times will be discussed with you directly.
Kenya Standard Shipping (outside Nairobi)
Deliveries outside Nairobi take up to 2-5 working days and are handled by our delivery partner Fargo. Once your order is ready for dispatch we will send you your Fargo tracking number.

Refund & returns policy
At Siafu Home, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our hand-loomed cotton textiles and products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied or if the product does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with our hassle-free return policy.
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns within 72hrs of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Exclusions
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please contact our customer service team at faith@siafuhome.com or call 0718482266 to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
- Securely pack the items you wish to return, including the original invoice and any related documentation.
Shipping:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage.
Inspection and Refund:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 72hrs.
- In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product.
- To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at faith@siafuhome.com or call 0718482266.
- If you would like a different item, size, or colour, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
