Kenya Shipping

Nairobi Delivery

• Complimentary delivery within Nairobi on all orders above KES 15,000.
• For orders below this value, a flat delivery fee of KES 500 applies.
• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day dispatch within Nairobi. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day.
• Once dispatched, delivery typically arrives within 1–3 hours. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order is on its way.
• If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, please contact us at +254 759 835 515 to arrange an alternative time.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Kenyan public holidays.

Outside Nairobi

• Orders outside Nairobi are shipped via national courier partners including DHL.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Shipping rates: Outside Nairobi County: KES 650 / Coastal Counties: KES 1,000
• Orders above KES 15,000 qualify for complimentary shipping anywhere within Kenya.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

South Africa Shipping

• All South African orders are dispatched from our Cape Town operations.
• Deliveries are handled by our courier partner The Courier Guy (thecourierguy.co.za).
• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.
• Shipping rates: ZAR 70 – ZAR 120 depending on location.
• Free shipping on orders above ZAR 2,500.
• A tracking number from The Courier Guy will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
